We try to keep things simple and honest. We meet you in person for the first conversation, usually in Gothenburg or Stockholm. From there we write down exactly what we are going to do, what done looks like, and what it costs, as one fixed price rather than an open meter. Who we are
A small team,

on purpose.
Vynatix is a small software consultancy in Gothenburg, working since 2023 and part of Ultra Group. We keep the team small on purpose, never more than fifteen senior engineers at once, so the people you meet are the people doing the work.
We started Vynatix because we had seen how most consultancies sell hours, and the hours billed rarely match the hours that actually move a project forward. We wanted to work a different way: agree on an outcome, price it as fixed work, and write it all down so the next person can pick it up.
We have our main office on Magasinsgatan in Gothenburg and a second desk on Birger Jarlsgatan in Stockholm, where a couple of the team are based. We like meeting clients face to face for that first conversation. After that, most of the work happens in writing, which keeps everyone clear on what was agreed.
