About Vynatix
Engineers who write the work down.
Vynatix started in Gothenburg in 2023, inside Ultra Group, because senior engineers wanted to work directly with client teams, and be judged on work they could show.
Why we exist
Most consultancies keep you at arm's length. We don't.
Most consultancies put an account layer between the engineer and the client. We place senior engineers directly inside a client's team instead, report our hours honestly every week, and let the person doing the work be the person you talk to.
We are run by engineers, for engineers. There is no management layer between the person doing your work and the decision about how to do it. That is the same reason the work is good and the reason engineers want to join us.

We keep the team small on purpose. We take the first conversation in person. After that, most of the work happens in writing, because writing the work down is how the next team reads it and how you know what you bought. We are based in Gothenburg.
