Vynatix started in Gothenburg in 2023, inside Ultra Group, because senior engineers wanted to be paid for outcomes and judged on work they could show.

Most consultancies sell hours, and the hours sold rarely match the hours that move a project forward. We scope our projects against an outcome, a deployed system, an audit passed, a build that stays green, and we price them as fixed work, not as a head count.
We are run by engineers, for engineers. There is no management layer between the person doing your work and the decision about how to do it. That is the same reason the work is good and the reason engineers want to join us.
We staff against an outcome, write it down, and ship it. Then we write the case study.
We stay small on purpose.
Never more than fifteen senior engineers at one time. We take the first conversation in person. After that, most of the work happens in writing, because writing the work down is how the next team reads it and how you know what you bought. We are based on Magasinsgatan in Gothenburg, with a second desk in Stockholm.
