AI engineering

We build production systems on foundation models, not slideware. That means retrieval that returns the right context, evaluation pipelines that tell you when the model is wrong, deployment into your environment including on-prem and sovereign cloud, and observability so you can see what the system is doing after it ships.

We will tell you plainly what a model can and cannot do for your problem. If a simpler tool would serve you better than a foundation model, we will say so before you spend on one.

Cloud platforms

We build and run cloud platforms for regulated industries, on GCP, AWS, and on-prem hybrids. The goal is boring infrastructure: pipelines that stay green, deployments you can reason about, and a bill that matches what you actually use.

Application development

Application development is the largest share of what we do. We build software for the surface it actually runs on, native mobile, web and desktop, automotive and Android Automotive, wearables, and VR, and we wire it into the enterprise systems and SaaS behind it.

We are scoped to ship, not to staff. We agree the surfaces, the platforms and the integration points in writing before we start, and we say plainly which ones are out of scope. The result is software a client owns and the next team can read.

You pay for the outcome,
not the hours.

We agree the scope in writing before we start, including what is out of scope and why. If the work changes, we change the scope with you in the open. You will never get a surprise invoice for a moving target.
