Terms of use
The terms that apply to this website. They do not govern client work, which is covered by the written scope and contract for each engagement.
Draft pending legal review. These are general website terms, not reviewed by counsel and not tailored to any engagement. Treat them as a working draft.
Who we are

What this site is
These pages describe who we are and the work we have done. They are information, not an offer, and nothing here forms a contract. Any engagement is governed by its own written scope and agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Case studies and figures
The numbers in our case studies describe specific projects under specific constraints, written by engineers who worked on them. They are honest accounts of what happened, not a prediction of what would happen on your project. Clients named on this site appear with their knowledge; the remainder of our work is under non-disclosure and is not described here.
Content and marks
The text, design, code, logos and marks on this site belong to Vynatix AB unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, link to, quote and share these pages with attribution. You may not present our material as your own or use our name or marks to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Photography is licensed from third parties; those licences do not transfer to you.
Availability
We publish this site as it is and make no promise that it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.
Liability
To the extent Swedish law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website's content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
Swedish law applies, and disputes belong to the Swedish courts, with Gothenburg District Court as the court of first instance.
