Privacy notice
This site collects no analytics, sets no cookies, and loads nothing from a third party. This page explains the little that does happen.
Draft pending legal review. This notice was written from what the site verifiably does. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and the hosting section describes an arrangement that is still being put in place. Treat it as a working draft.
Who is responsible
Vynatix AB (org.nr 559445-6542), Magasinsgatan 14, 411 18 Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.

What this site does not do
It is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual:
- There is no analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no server-side page counting we control.
- There are no cookies. We set none, so there is no consent banner to click. (Once the Cloudflare layer described below is live it may set its own strictly-necessary security cookie; we will name it here when that happens.)
- There are no tracking pixels, advertising tags, social widgets or embedded third-party content.
- There is no contact form. Getting in touch means emailing or calling us directly.
- Fonts and images are served from this domain. Nothing is fetched from a font CDN or image host, so visiting a page does not disclose your address to any third party for content.
The one thing stored in your browser
If you use the light/dark theme toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key vynatix-theme, with the value light or dark.
This is a display preference, not an identifier. It never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and cannot be used to recognise you. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft company, United States). Serving a page necessarily means your device sends its IP address, user-agent string and the page requested to the host, which may record them in access logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not receive, request or analyse those logs.
We are also putting Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) in front of the site as a security and delivery layer. Once that is live, the same request data passes through Cloudflare, which processes it to serve the page, apply security headers and mitigate abuse. This page will be updated to state the date it took effect.
Both providers are outside the EU/EEA, so this involves a transfer to a third country. Both operate under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and offer standard contractual clauses. If you would like the specifics of the safeguards in place, ask us.
If you email or call us
When you contact us we process what you send — your name, address, and whatever is in the message — to answer you and, where it leads to work, to manage the engagement. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps leading to a contract.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and any legal or accounting obligation, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Ask at front.disk@vynatix.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
